Objective: – To strengthen migration based livelihoods of migrating families from Masuda and Jawaja blocks through awareness generation, collectivization, skill up gradation, sensitization and building capacity of the migrants towards self reliance so that they could lead a life of dignity and respect before, during and after migration, based on decisions that are unexploited, just and informed.

 Key Focus Area/Major Activities of the Year: 

Activities of the migration project are:

1. Individual Identity of migrants.

2. Identity of work skill of the migrants and skill up gradation.

3. Career counselling of youths & upcoming migrant youths.

4. Skill training for unemployed youths.

5. Identifying legal cases & solving them with the role of SSSK. To develop agreement system between labourers & owners.

6. Destination management services like (spouse education, health services etc.)

7. Health services for migrants and their families.

8. Linkages with government welfare schemes.

9. Financial management and insurance.
