All the SHG families.<br \/>\n2. Poor families which are unaware about such risk-mitigation activities.<\/p>\n<p>Achievements: &#8211; The various achievements of the Risk Mitigation project are: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>1. 7 death-claims were granted in this year by Life Insurance Corporation of\u00a0India (LIC). The total amount for claims was Rs.2,69,511\/-<\/p>\n<p>2. Information about various policies was given to the members of SHGs and their families to link poor families with life insurance policies. \u00a0Women were given detailed information about widow-pension and old age\u00a0pension.<\/p>\n<p>3. Information about Shramik Pension Scheme was given to labourers in the\u00a0villages of Naasun and Gorda. 20 labourers were insured under the\u00a0scheme.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0We established continuous engagement with poor families in many\u00a0villages and linked them with life insurance policies like Jeevan Mangal\u00a0and Jeevan Madhur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Risk Mitigation Project Objective: &#8211; To make poor families aware of the various processes by which\u00a0they can nullify various risks in day-to-day activities.
